Police arrest two in traffic stop
HOPKINTON - Two Milford residents were arrested Saturday at 11 p.m. after a traffic stop, police said.
Michael Roy, 27, of 97 East Main St., was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor and having an open container of liquor in a vehicle, police said. Roy was also cited for not having an inspection sticker.
Police said his passenger, Bethany Colbeth, 30, of 18 Claudette Drive, had a warrant for her arrest on narcotic charges.

Ashland man charged with being disorderly
ASHLAND - An Ashland man was arrested Friday at 10:44 p.m. after a disturbance, police said.
Keith Herring, 19, of 67 Raymond Marcetti St., was charged with disorderly conduct, police said.

Framingham man charged with disturbance
NATICK - A Framingham man was arrested Friday at 10:38 a.m. after a disturbance at MetroWest Medical Center's Leonard Morse campus, police said.
Charles McNamee, 52, of 7 Wellington Ave., was charged with assault and battery on a person older than 60 and assault and battery, police said.

Newton woman charged with shoplifting
NATICK - A Newton woman was arrested Friday at 4:35 p.m. after police said she shoplifted at Lord & Taylor's at the Natick Collection.
Lori Schlager Herscott, 50, of 880 Dedham St., was charged with larceny of property worth more than $250, police said.

Wayland man charged with OUI
NATICK - A Wayland man was arrested Saturday at 12:37 a.m. after a traffic stop on Commonwealth Road, police said.
Michael E. Lavelle, 41, of 2 Bogren Lane, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, a second offense, police said. Lavelle was also cited for a marked lanes violation.

Four women charged with shoplifting
NATICK - Four Boston area women were arrested Saturday at 5:46 p.m. after police said they shoplifted at the Natick Collection.
Tiana Sharee Moore, 21, of 253 East Ninth St., South Boston; Krishna Rowe, 21, of 10 Fabyan St., Dorchester; Benica J. Gooding, 22, of 45 Centre St., Roxbury; and Chandra Dixon, 22, of 72 Westminster Court, were all charged with shoplifting of property worth more than $100 and conspiracy to commit a crime, police said.
According to police, Moore and Rowe were also charged with receiving stolen property worth more than $250 and receiving stolen property worth less than $250.

Police charge woman with shoplifting
NATICK - A Charlestown woman was arrested Saturday at 6:12 p.m. after police said she shoplifted at J.C. Penney.
Rosa Albania Pimentel, 58, of 65 O'Reilly Way, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property worth less than $250 and shoplifting of property worth more than $100, police said.

Man arrested on warrants
NATICK - A Brookline man was arrested Sunday at 1:09 a.m. on Rte. 9 on a pair of warrants, police said.
Jimmy Hogan, 21, of 70 Pearl St., had a Framingham District Court warrant that charged him with assault and battery on a police officer, police said.
According to police, Hogan had a second Framingham court warrant that charged him with driving with a suspended license.

Brighton woman faces shoplifting charge
NATICK - A Brighton woman was arrested Sunday at 6:51 p.m. after police said she shoplifted at J.C. Penney's at the Natick Collection.
Maria A. Cartagena, 42, of 51 Faneuil St., was charged with shoplifting, police said.

Police arrest Natick woman on shoplifting charge
NATICK - A Natick woman was arrested yesterday at 2:40 a.m. after police said she shoplifted at J.C. Penney's at the Natick Collection.
Clara DiPerasio, 79, of 20 Water St., was charged with larceny of property worth more than $250 and receiving stolen property worth less than $250, police said.

Framingham man charged with A&B
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested yesterday at 9:30 a.m. after a domestic dispute, police said.
Jeremy M. Bratica, 20, of 34 Benson Ave., was charged with assault and battery, police said.

Sex offender failed to register, police say
HUDSON - A Hudson man was arrested Friday at 9:39 p.m. on Main Street, police said.
Jeffrey R. Spear, 36, of 603 Main St., was arrested and charged with failing to register as a sex offender, police said.

Marlborough man arrested on license charge
HUDSON - A Marlborough man was arrested Saturday at 2:20 a.m. on Washington Street, police said.
Chancellor W. Millner, 37, of 33 Briarwood Lane, Apt. 12, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failing to drive in the right lane, police said. He was also arrested on five warrants charging two counts of unlicensed driving, disorderly conduct, littering and vehicle equipment violations.

Man charged with driving under drug influence
HUDSON - A Westborough man was arrested Saturday at 5:21 p.m. on Main Street, police said.
John E. Haapanen, 47, of 160 Fisher St., was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, speeding, and three counts violating marked lanes, police said.

Marlborough man charged with OUI
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough man was arrested Saturday on drunken driving charges, police said.
Michel Dasilva Araujo, 24, of 34 Curtis Ave., was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, driving a vehicle with a license suspended for OUI, speeding and violating marked lanes, police said. Araujo was also arrested on a warrant out of Marlborough District Court charging OUI, police said.
Araujo was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Curtis Avenue at 12:55 a.m., police said.

Marlborough woman arrested on warrant
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough woman was arrested Saturday on a warrant, police said.
Christine C. Adams, 50, of 6 Springhill Ave., was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. on Highland Street on a Marlborough District Court warrant for a city ordinance violation, police said.

Marlborough teen charged with A&B
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough teen was arrested Saturday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a door, police said.
Ashlyn S. Harden, 17, of 44 Harvard St., was arrested on Harvard Street after a report of a disturbance at 4:32 p.m., police said. Harden pounded and kicked a door, which struck the alleged victim, police said.
Harden was also charged with malicious destruction of property under $250, the door, police said.
She was arraigned in Marlborough District Court yesterday, according to court documents. Her case was continued to Oct. 22 for a pretrial hearing.

Marlborough man charged with OUI
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough man was arrested Saturday on drunken driving charges after a traffic stop on Granger Boulevard at 10:54 p.m., police said.
Peter K. Lo, 44, of 250 Stow Road, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and violating marked lanes, police said.

Southborough man faces third OUI charge
MARLBOROUGH - A Southborough man was arrested Sunday and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, police said.
Daniel J. Jasinski, 53, of 70 Newton St., was arrested after police received a report of an erratic driver on Farm Road at 5:36 p.m., police said.
