Wayland man arrested on OUI, license charges
WAYLAND - A Wayland man was arrested Sunday at 10:55 p.m. after a traffic stop, police said.
Angel Tarax, 33, of 132 Boston Post Road, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and driving without a license, police said. Tarax was also cited for a marked lanes violation.

Framingham woman charged with shoplifting
NATICK - A Framingham woman was arrested Sunday at 3:49 p.m. after police said she shoplifted at J.C. Penney at Natick Collection.
Jannie Vaughn, 49, of 1640 Worcester Road, was charged with shoplifting of property worth more than $100, police said.

Marlborough teen charged with A&B
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough teen was arrested Friday and charged with assault and battery, police said.
Kimberly Urena, 17, of 460 Boston Post Road East, was arrested at about 10:20 p.m. on Boston Post Road East, police said.

Marlborough man arrested on A&B charge
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough man was arrested early Saturday and charged with assault and battery, police said.
Peter Darren Finlay, 32, of 52 Cullinane Drive, was arrested about 12:10 a.m. on Cullinane Drive, police said.

Woman charged with A&B with dangerous weapon
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough woman was arrested Saturday on assault charges, police said.
Victoria M. Niven, 43, of 8 Cotting Ave., Apt. 24, was charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, a metal pole, and vandalizing property, police said.
Niven tore the pole, a coat rack, off the wall, police said. The victim appeared to have a broken nose, according to the police report.
Niven was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Cotting Avenue, police said. She was arraigned in Marlborough District Court yesterday and released on personal recognizance, according to court documents. Niven has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 13.

Sterling man charged with drug possession
MARLBOROUGH - A Sterling man was arrested Saturday on drug possession and vehicle charges, police said.
Brandon Passmore, 24, of 1 Evergreen Circle, was charged with possession of a Class D drug, possession of a Class E drug, a red light violation and no inspection/sticker, police said.
Passmore was pulled over on Boston Post Road West at 4:41 p.m., police said.

Marlborough man charged with OUI
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough man was arrested Saturday and charged with drunken driving, police said.
Luciano V. Santos, 47, of 243 Boston Post Road East, was also charged with unlicensed driving and a lights violation, police said.
Santos was pulled over on Lincoln Street at 10:29 p.m., police said.

Marlborough teen arrested on warrant
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough teen was arrested Saturday on a warrant charge, police said.
Dennis Douglas, 17, of 182 West Main St., was charged on a probation violation out of Middlesex juvenile court, police said.
Douglas was arrested on West Main Street at 11:10 p.m., police said.

Waltham man charged with A&B
MARLBOROUGH - A Waltham man was arrested Sunday and charged with assault and battery and violating an abuse prevention order, police said.
Shaun T. McGovern, 34, of 74 Bruce Road, was arrested on Water Street at about 2:30 p.m., police said.

Hudson man arrested on warrants
MARLBOROUGH - A Hudson man was arrested Sunday on warrant charges, police said.
Humberto Daza, 42, of 76 Apsley St., was charged on warrants out of Marlborough District Court and Framingham District Court, police said.
Daza was pulled over on Bolton Street at 5:23 p.m., police said.

Hudson man arrested on 3 warrants
MARLBOROUGH - A Hudson man was arrested Sunday on three warrants and a charge of unlicensed driving, police said.
Vitor O. Santos, 24, of 146 Main St., was charged on two warrants out of Marlborough District Court and one warrant from Westborough District Court, all for vehicle violations, police said.
Santos, who was also charged with speeding, was pulled over on Weed Street at 10:33 p.m., police said.
