Police say man exposed himself in park
HOPKINTON - A Marlborough man was arrested Tuesday at 6 p.m. after police said he exposed himself to another man at Hopkinton State Park.
Reinaldo DeFreitas, 49, of 14 Royal Crest Drive, was charged with open and gross lewdness, police said. According to police, DeFreitas approached a 47-year-old man and exposed himself. The reason is unknown, police said.

Milford man arrested on warrant
HOLLISTON - A Milford man was arrested Tuesday at 4:38 p.m. on a warrant, police said.
Regiano L. Souza, 26, of 8 Senate St., was charged with giving police a false name, police said. According to police, Souza was also cited for not having an inspection sticker.
Police said Souza was wanted on a Worcester District Court warrant charging him with driving without a license.

Local man charged with stealing whiskey
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested Tuesday at 6:23 p.m. after police said he shoplifted from Framingham Liquors.
Leonidas Pleitez, 39, of 42 Gordon St., was charged with larceny of property worth less than $100, police said. According to police, Pleitez tried to steal a 1.75 liter bottle of Jack Daniel's whiskey.

Hopkinton man faces shoplifting charge
FRAMINGHAM - A Hopkinton man was arrested Tuesday at 6:55 p.m. after police said he shoplifted from Wal-Mart.
Mark P. Chase, 40, of 43 Elm St., was charged with shoplifting property worth more than $100, police said. According to police, Chase also had a Framingham District Court warrant charging him with possession of marijuana and the possession of a Class E substance.

Police say local man violated court order
MARLBOROUGH - A 33-year-old Marlborough man was arrested Tuesday and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and malicious destruction of property under $250, police said.
Brian L. Coston, of 76 Fairmount St., was arrested on Fairmount Street about 10:30 a.m., police said.

Marlborough man arrested on warrants
MARLBOROUGH - A 33-year-old Marlborough man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant, police said.
Jeremias Mejia, of 74 Newton St., was arrested about 7:20 p.m. on Bolton Street, police said. The warrant, out of Marlborough District Court, was for vehicle violations, police said.

Fitchburg man faces drug charge
MARLBOROUGH - A 42-year-old Fitchburg man was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of a Class D drug and a vehicle lights violation, police said.
Steven Labbe, of 32 Ashburnham Hill Road, was arrested after being pulled over on Framingham Road at 10:20 p.m., police said.

Sudbury man charged with drunken driving
MARLBOROUGH - A 46-year-old Sudbury man was arrested early yesterday and charged with driving under the influence of liquor, third offense, and speeding, police said.
Douglas R. Lippincott, of 21 Tanbark Road, was arrested after being pulled over on Boston Post Road East at 2:39 a.m., police said.
