Hopkinton man arrested on warrant
HOPKINTON - A Hopkinton man was arrested Tuesday at 5 p.m. on a warrant, police said.
Arthur Clough, 49, of 158 Wood St., had a Framingham District Court warrant that charged him with driving with a suspended license, an inspection sticker violation and a seat belt violation, police said.

Framingham teen charged with assault
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham teen was arrested Tuesday at 10:52 p.m. after a domestic dispute, police said.
The 13-year-old boy was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, police said.
According to police, the boy struck his sister in the leg with a plastic CD cover. She was not injured, police said.

Marlborough man charged with A&B
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough man was arrested Tuesday and charged with assault and battery and intimidating a witness, police said.
Frank R. Mejias, 41, of 547 Boston Post Road East, was arrested on his street at about 11:30 p.m., police said.

Pedestrian clipped by car
MARLBOROUGH - A pedestrian was taken to Marlborough Hospital for precautionary measures on Tuesday after being struck in the elbow by a car, police said.
The pedestrian was hit by the driver's side mirror at about 3:15 p.m. on Granger Boulevard, police said. No citations were issued.

Hudson man charged with resisting arrest
HUDSON - A Hudson man was arrested Tuesday at 9:40 p.m. on River Street, police said.
Jason L. Viegas, 30, of 36 River St., Apt. 2, was charged with resisting arrest. He was arrested on two warrants charging OUI and driving with a suspended license, police said.
