Sutton teen faces alcohol charge
FRAMINGHAM - A teen was arrested by Framingham State College officers yesterday on an alcohol charge, police said.
Kevin Ela, 19, of 11 Glen Court in Sutton, was charged with underage possession of alcohol, police said. He was stopped on State Street at about 1:30 a.m., police said.

Framingham man charged with A&B
FRAMINGHAM - A 26-year-old man was arrested yesterday and charged with domestic assault and battery, police said.
Michael Mayo, of 27 Gorman Road in Framingham, was arrested just before 2 a.m. on the same block as his home, police said.

Marlborough woman faces alcohol charge
FRAMINGHAM - A 21-year-old woman was arrested yesterday on an alcohol charge outside the Store 24 on Waverley Street, police said.
Raquel Cezar, of 62 Linda Circle in Marlborough, was charged with drinking in public, police said. She was stopped shortly after 2 a.m., police said.

Framingham man charged with A&B
FRAMINGHAM - A 27-year-old man was arrested yesterday on charges that he wielded a knife during a domestic dispute, police said.
John Carlos Cora, of 49 Waushakum St. in Framingham, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery, police said. He was arrested at about 7:30 a.m., police said.

Framingham woman charged with license violation
FRAMINGHAM - A 44-year-old woman was arrested Friday during a traffic stop, police said.
Elizeu Ribeiro, of 16 Hilton St. in Framingham, was charged with driving without a license and failing to follow lane markings, police said. She was pulled over around 3:30 p.m., police said.

Framingham man charged with trespassing
FRAMINGHAM - A 47-year-old man was arrested Friday and charged with trespassing, police said.
Darryl Williams, of 90 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, in Framingham, was arrested at about 10:30 p.m. after he entered another part of his building without permission, police said.

Framingham charged with restraining order violation
FRAMINGHAM - A 34-year-old man was arrested Friday and charged with violating a domestic abuse restraining order, police said.
Jose Dasilva, of 39 Freeman St., Apt. 3, in Framingham, was arrested in the Brookside Apartments just before 11 p.m., police said.

Northborough man charged with OUI
NORTHBOROUGH - A 45-year-old man was arrested Friday on a drunk driving charge, police said.
Roland Bassett Jr., of 157 Howard St. in Northborough, was charged with failing to follow lane markings and driving under the influence of alcohol, a second offense, police said. He was pulled over just before 2 a.m, police said.

Northborough man charged with OUI
NORTHBOROUGH - A 25-year-old man was arrested Friday on a drunk driving charge, police said.
Jeffrey Byczkowski, of 47 Fernbrook Road in Northborough, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failing to display an inspection sticker, police said. He was stopped around 11:30 p.m., police said.

Bellingham teens face alcohol charges
BELLINGHAM - Police arrested two 17-year-old Bellingham girls yesterday on charges of possessing alcohol as minors and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Brittany M. Viveiros, of 1110 Pulaski Blvd., and Ashley A. Viveiros, of the same address, were arrested at 1158 South Main St. at 12:25 a.m., police said.
Brittany Viveiros was also charged with drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, police said.

Four teens arrested in Bellingham
BELLINGHAM - Police arrested four teens Friday night and charged them with possession of liquor as minors and possession of a Class D substance.
Hector Castillo, 18, of 52 Baker Ave., Shrewsbury; Waldemar Rosa-Rivera, 18, of 5 Witherbee Terrace, Marlborough; Kelly P. Brass, 17, of 24 Standish Road, Bellingham; and Benjamin Cruz III, 18, of 151 North Main St., apt. 4319, Bellingham, were arrested at 125 North Main St., police said.
Brass was also charged with possession of a Class E substance with intent to distribute, police said.

13-year-old charged with pot possession
BELLINGHAM - A 13-year-old boy was arrested at Bellingham Memorial Middle School on Friday and charged with possession of a Class D substance, police said.
The boy, whose name was not released because of his age, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. and later released to a parent or guardian, police said.

Franklin duo charged with receiving stolen property
FRANKLIN - Police arrested two Franklin residents Friday, charging them each with two counts of receiving stolen property valued over $250.
Michael C. Berlo, 24, and Samantha A. Tonnessen, 21, both of 809 Summer St., were arrested about 5 p.m. after police say they investigated suspicious activity at 466 King St.
Berlo was also charged with possession of a Class C substance, possession of a Class E substance, and driving with a suspended license, police said.
Tonnessen was wanted on a warrant out of Saugus, police said.
