Natick man faces drug, driving charges
ASHLAND - A Natick man was arrested Thursday at 10 p.m. after a traffic stop on Homer Avenue, police said.
Timothy Lathwood, 23, of 22 Ranger Road, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle and possession of marijuana, a subsequent offense, police said.

Wellesley man faces two OUI charges
NATICK - A Wellesley man was arrested Thursday at 1:05 a.m. after a traffic stop on Rte. 9, police said.
William E. Murphy Jr., 58, of 15 Lafayette Circle, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, driving under the influence of drugs and driving negligently as to endanger, police said.

Framingham man arrested on warrant
NATICK - A Framingham man was arrested Thursday at 8:21 a.m. by the Middlesex Sheriff's office on behalf of the Natick Police Department.
Julio Maldonardo Muriel, 39, of 63 Bates Road, had a Natick District Court warrant that charged him with larceny from a building, police said.

Natick woman charged with assault
NATICK - A Natick woman was arrested Thursday at 4:27 p.m. after a dispute at her home, police said.
Sooah Kim, 29, of 11 Village Hill Lane, is charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a metal ruler, police said.

Framingham man charged with assault
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested Thursday at 10:13 a.m. after a dispute, police said.
Jose M. Arana, 35, of 66B Beaver Park Road, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon - a shirt - and assault and battery, police said.

Man arrested on three warrants
FRAMINGHAM - A Fall River man was arrested Thursday at 11:59 a.m. on several warrants, police said.
Daniel Texeira, 21, of 2000 Bay St., had a Fall River District Court warrant that charged him with using a vehicle without authority, police said.
According to police, Texeira had a second Fall River court warrant that charged him with driving without a license and speeding.
Police said Texeira had a third Fall River court warrant that charged him with credit card fraud and larceny of more than $250.

Framingham teen charged with assault
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham teen was arrested Thursday at 2:15 p.m. after a domestic dispute, police said.
The 15-year-old boy was charged with assault and battery, police said.

Framingham teen arrested on warrant
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham teen was arrested Thursday at 2:45 p.m. on a warrant, police said.
Jessica A. Paskell-Serrano, 18, of 46 Lanewood Drive, had a Fitchburg Juvenile Court warrant that charged her with rape, police said.

Framingham woman charged with assault
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham woman was arrested Thursday at 10 p.m. after a domestic dispute, police said.
Kristen Hall, 39, of 22 Checkerberry Lane, was charged with assault and battery, police said.

Framingham man charged with assault
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested yesterday at 12:10 a.m. after a dispute, police said.
Marcos Pena, 34, of 16 Summit St., was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon - a stairway railing - and intimidation of a witness, police said.

Man arrested on vehicle warrant
MARLBOROUGH - A 25-year-old Littleton man was arrested Thursday on a warrant, police said.
Andrew D. Saul, of 50 Grist Mil Road, was arrested about 7 a.m. on Main Street, police said. The warrant was out of Marlborough District Court for motor vehicle violations, police said.

Man arrested on warrant
MARLBOROUGH - A 21-year-old Cherry Valley (Leicester) man was arrested Thursday on a warrant, police said.
Gregory B. White, of 286 Main St., was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Lakeside Avenue at 12:13 p.m., police said. The warrant was out of Ayer District Court for motor vehicle violations, police said.

Marlborough boy arrested on driving charge
MARLBOROUGH - A 17-year-old Marlborough boy was arrested Thursday and charged with unlicensed driving and no inspection/sticker, police said.
Wilson Alexander Rodas, of 13 Lakeside Ave., was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on East Main Street at 8:44 p.m., police said.

Man arrested on drunken driving charges
MARLBOROUGH - A 40-year-old Belchertown man was arrested yesterday on drunken driving charges, police said.
Jamie M. Hogan, of 13 Stadler St., was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, failure to stop/yield, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation, police said.
Hogan was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street at 12:53 a.m., police said.

Marlborough man arrested on multiple charges
MARLBOROUGH - A 30-year-old Marlborough man was arrested Thursday on several charges, including operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, police said.
Jose Luis Avalos, of 37 Lincoln St., was also charged with driving with a suspended license and furnishing a false name/Social Security Number, police said. In addition, he had warrants out of Worcester, Marlborough and Westborough district courts for motor vehicle violations.
Avalos was arrested about 6:10 p.m. on Mechanic Street, police said.
