R.I. man charged with OUI
HOPKINTON - Police said they arrested a man on OUI charges early yesterday morning after a traffic stop on I-495 in Hopkinton.
Kenneth P. Ferrara, 33, of 3 Norman Ave., Pawtucket, R.I., was arrested at 1:17 a.m., police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for a marked lanes violation, speeding and violation of special regulations, police said.

Marlborough man charged with OUI
SOUTHBOROUGH - A Marlborough man was arrested on alcohol and license charges Saturday afternoon, police said.
Ronaldo P. Dacosta, 37, of 22 Paris St., also had a warrant out for his arrest when he was pulled over at 3:55 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license, police said.

Marlborough man charged with OUI
SOUTHBOROUGH - A Marlborough man faces an OUI charge after a traffic stop early yesterday morning, police said.
Police said they arrested Joseph C. Mallaly, 24, of 13 Fay Court, at 1:46 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and cited him for marked lanes violations.

Marlborough man charged with larceny
FRAMINGHAM - A Marlborough man was arrested on larceny charges at the offices of Applied Biosystems on Old Connecticut Path, police said.
Timothy R. Leduc, 19, of 165 Chestnut St., was charged with larceny over $250, police said.

Framingham man charged with assault
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested at his home Saturday evening following a dispute, police said.
Robert J. Murphy, 46, of 395 Hollis St., was arrested at 5:16 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, police said.

Framingham man charged with assault and battery with deadly weapon
FRAMINGHAM - A local man was arrested early yesterday morning following a dispute at 1 William Welch Way, police said.
Corey J. Duncan, 35, of 22 Victor Road, was charged with domestic assault and battery and domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon, police said.

Juvenile charged with disturbing the peace
FRAMINGHAM - A juvenile was arrested yesterday morning on a charge of disturbing the peace, police said.
The arrest took place at 3:46 a.m. at 35 Pine St.
