I have been researching cases for a presentation (at Hearing) to show instances of disparate treatment. If an Officer receives a citation for involvement in a cruiser accident, does that citation get forwarded to the Merit Rating Board? Is there a marker on their drivers history? Is there any difference if the Town/City is self-insured?
