AUGUST GOLF OUTING REGISTRATION FORM

Despite the fact that there is no meeting scheduled for August, we will have a golf outing at the Wentworth Hills Country Club on August 17th hosted by Chiefs Ned Merrick & Joe Collamati. The day starts with 18-holes of golf with shotgun start at 8:30AM. There are 18 foursomes available. The cost is $75.00 which includes a cart, greens fees, morning coffee and lunch. Please call Beverly at Chief Merrick's office (508) 695-0639 or Cheryl or Dawn at the MCOPA Business Office (508) 842-2935 to register for golf.

A Bar-B-Q cookout will be right after golf at approx 1:00 p.m. The menu includes a traditional cookout with hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixins. The cookout will be held at the golf course.

This is a great opportunity for chiefs to invite Associate members or prospects.

Cost of Golf per person: $75.00 includes 18 holes, cart, morning coffee, lunch, and prizes for closest to the pin/long drive contests. Team captain should collect money and forward payment for his foursome to the Association's Business Office immediately.

Tee Times: start at 8:30 AM

Foursomes: Limited to 18 Foursomes so get your forms in early.

Directions: From the North and South: Route 495 to Exit 15 (Rt 1A). Head SOUTH on Route 1A and watch for the sign Wentworth Hills Country Club on right. (just over town line) Go right & take 1st left (High St) follow approx 1.5 miles to 2nd right (Hancock St) follow to 1st Left (Bow St). Club is at bend in the road.
