In regards to the test, I was told again yesterday that end of Sept/beginnning Oct would be the test for their dept. Exact date and time to be released soon. Their website is http://www.mashpeepd.com but I dont think it's posted yet. This was from a selectmans mouth as well as an officer, so it's not just a rumor :wink:

not a reliable source but look into dennis. the barber told me that an officer who frequents thier establishment states that they are looking to hire " 3 or 4"

Hey Shawn sorry for the late reply, anyway I did make the call and the women on the phone said the Selectman still wanted a test, but she would not be very specific on when nor why it hasnt happened yet. Still supposedly this year though. If I get the letter or hear anything definitive I'll definitely post. *rambles about Massachusetts*

Just checking to see how many of you MassCops faithful have sent in an application for the Mashpee PD? Anyone have any info on them? From what I heard, it is a great department to work for.

I've heard the same Shawn, still waiting for app reply with test info. I did though talk to one MPD officer (forget her name) who mentioned there were like 3 officers out on stress leave.....but they seem to have a good thing down there with an updated station, cruisers, and uniforms.
