I have been given the task to create a incident contact list of all departments that have a Marine Patrol Unit within their department. I need contact names, telephone #'s, & e-mail addresses if available. All input is greatly appreciated!!!!

Seeing as nobody has responded, I'll throw my $.02 in....I know Webster and Yarmouth have marine units, I believe Barnstable and Provincetown do as well. Other than that, I can't help you.....

The town of Westport has a marine response
for emergency not a full time operation.

Brookfield P.D. has a boat for the two lakes in town.

Contact the Massachusetts Enviornmental Police they can give you a list of the entire state who has marine patrol capabilities.

In Central Massachusetts, Sutton PD and Spencer PD patrol their lakes. I would also check websites of police departments near any significant water ways for info, that may be a good start.

Lawrence PD and Methuen PD/FD have marine units.

I believe Shrewsbury PD also has a Marine Unit for Lake Quinsig.
