Manchester Essex student, 13, faces drug charges

MANCHESTER - A student at Manchester Essex Regional High School was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia yesterday.
Assistant Principal Paul Murphy said the student was taken into police custody from his office.
Police said the student is a 13-year-old girl. Her case will be heard in to juvenile court.
