A masked man shot a 64-year-old man three times with a pellet gun late Sunday night outside an East Main Street restaurant, according to police. Police said a man in a ski mask and gray hooded shirt approached the victim while he was walking from a parking lot toward Sapporo restaurant, 50 East Main St., around 10:20 p.m.
