A 25-year-old man was shot several times in the back as he got out of his car on a violence-ridden Roxbury street Thursday night, said cops who continue to hunt for a gunman with a distinctive sweatshirt.
The victim is expected to survive, police said. Officers found him with multiple gunshot wounds on Homestead Street about 10:15 p.m.

I concur. Their existence goes from that of crime, to no crime at all. A mere tiny side effect of this crime reduction technique is also the lack of oxygen thievery.
