A man who was shot in the ankle around 9 p.m. on Wednesday told police that a group of men threatened him outside a relative's home.
The victim, 24, said he and a friend were in the building's entrance on Fountain Street when a group of four to six men approached and began harassing them.

I am sure this group of guys just shoot people in the ankle at random. Its not like they shot him and were heard yelling "Pay up Bitch or it will be dirt nap time" or anything.
