A Hooksett man with a long record of serious traffic offenses will be in prison for decades. Joshua Lamy, 25, was sentenced today in Manchester, NH to a term of 40 to 80 years for killing a woman and causing fatal injuries to an unborn child when he roared through a red light at Maple and Blodget streets in downtown Manchester at more than 100 mph, crashing into a taxi. Lamy has a long history of motor vehicle offenses which date back to when he was arrested at 16 for OUI. Oddly enough the same friend who was with Lamy at his first arrest was with him when he slammed into the taxi.
