Man arrested after stealing Taunton police cruiser

TAUNTON, Mass. -- Police arrested a man who stole a Taunton police cruiser overnight.
The thief later drove the car into the woods and fled on foot trying to avoid capture.
Police and canine units found the suspect just before 3 a.m. Thursday.
The suspect is currently being held at the Taunton police station.
