Man Turns Self In To Portsmouth Police Department
An Old Orchard Beach man wanted by the Portsmouth Police Department turned himself in on Friday.
Peter Dubois, 44, was arrested on 41 counts of harassment.
Police said, starting November 2007, Dubois made anonymous, obscene phone calls to the department's emergency dispatch center.
Dubois will be arraigned in Portsmouth District Court Nov. 10.
