Malloy said Wednesday that former State Police Major Reuben Bradford will make the state police department "sharp and glow."

Is the gov-elect inferring the CSP isn't now? Hell, I thought they were pretty damn squared away..

Bradford, who is black, worked for the state police for 22 years. He says he experienced racial discrimination during his tenure but was able to overcome it.
