Barbara Casaburri, 53, of 5 Tanager's Landing, Leominster, charged with making annoying telephone calls. Continued without a finding for one year.

Stephen E. Lindquist, 51, of 800 Pacific Avenue No. 401, Leominster, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $675 in fines.

Terrell Brown, 21, of 60B Terrace Drive, No. 5, Leominster, charged with receiving stolen property more than $250, which was dismissed and with possession of a Class B drug, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days time served.

Robert Baldwin, 33, of 21 Normal Road, Fitchburg, charged with trafficking in cocaine, which was dismissed. Pleaded guilty to charges of cocaine possession and possession of a Class D drug, received 18 months of probation.

Shawn Holden, 30, of 490 Rollstone St., Fitchburg, charged with assault and battery, which will be dismissed upon payment of court costs.

Jennifer G. Gillis, 26, of 32 Rollinson Road, Worcester, charged with operating under the influence of liquor, admitted to sufficient facts on the charge, which was continued without a finding for a year with a 45-day loss of license.

David L. Adams, 21, of 143 Cottage St., No. 1, Athol, charged with shoplifting by asportation, pleaded guilty, ordered to pay $150 in fines.

Fitchburg District Court

Arraignments

Jose Aponte, 18, of 10 West St., Fitchburg, charged with larceny of more than $250, released on personal recognizance bail with a Dec. 2 court date.

James L. McLean, 18, of 160 Ward Hill Road, Phillipston, charged with possession of a Class B drug, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 24 court date.

Dispositions

Gille G. Arsenault, 41, of 27 Hale St., Fitchburg, charged with larceny less than $250, possession of a Class A drug, found guilty on larceny count, placed on probation until Oct. 23, 2009, possession of a Class A drug count dismissed.

Noel Cruz, 47, homeless, Fitchburg, charged with larceny more than $250 and assault and battery, both counts dismissed.

John Kane, 47, of 118 Myrtle Ave., Fitchburg, charged with violating an abuse prevention order, found guilty, placed on probation until Oct. 23, 2009.

Jordan Porter, 17, of 45 Pepper Road, Fitchburg, charged with larceny more than $250, charge amended to larceny less than $250, sufficient facts found, but case continued without a finding until March 24, 2009, ordered to pay $1,015 in restitution.
Joseph F. Thibeault, 46, homeless, of Tarpon Springs, Fla., charged with failing to register as a sex offender, found guilty, sentenced to six months in the Worcester County House of Correction with 155 days credit for time already served.
