What exactly are you looking for here?? R5 if the registry is down for the plate, R3 for the person. DQ out of state license, RQ out of state plate. R1 person by OLN when registry is down. Q2 runs the car only, Q2OLN runs the person only, Q2ONE runs owner and well as vehicle. BOP runs a bop by name and DOB, WMS1 runs active warrants, WMS1A runs recalled warrants. Q5 self explanatory. QH and QR runs a III. Hope you were paying attention there will be a test next week.

there should be a great big book on the whole leaps/cjis program - i suggest reading it thoroughly
+1, anything you need to know is in that book. After 15 years, I still need to look things up.

Q2 One (reg)will give mv info w/reg owners info, BOP summary w/warrants

Q2 BOP (name & dob) lic status & BOP summary w/warrants

DQ out of state lic info
RQ out of state regs (also Q2 just put the state in LIS field)

R screens can be used with C ofter them if RMV is down, R1C,R3C etc

most popular are the Q2 BOP & Q2 ONE

Reading the LEAPS/CJIS book would be a great idea if you're new, just becareful with the "C" screens, the data isn't always current. Just make sure you pay attention to the date that should be flashing indicating how current the data is

Bless your little heart - that's what we're here for!!
I try to use the troop dispatch for anything other than the usual Q2 One's or 11/14's, etc. With more and more people having MDTs on the road there's more time for them to dig a little deeper for you when requested.

Things may seem slow sometimes but I remember that (if and) when another new class gets on the road, the airways become pretty busy and entertaining.

Here are some that I most commonly use

R1 - License # inquiry
R2 - License history inquiry
R3 - Person name scroll
R5 - Registration/Title/VIN inquiry
R6 - Registration Scroll
R7 - VIN scroll
R8 - Registration scroll by name

Q1 - Stolen vehicle or wanted/missing person
Q2 - Combination of the Q1 and Q3 inquiry
Q2 ONE - Combination of the Q1 and Q3 inquiry, by license plate with a warrant check, license status and BOP summary.
Q3 - Massachusetts registry inquiry

Also, if you have access to CJIS Web RMV they have printouts of much more.

My dept recently went to complete GUI's on all the MDT's so only our dispatchers have a need for the LEAPs codes anymore.

I'm not sure home many of these are totally current--these are from my old cheat sheet; you may want to merge them with the results on the previous posts.
