I'll bet this is overturned on appeal. All hope is not lost.

How is possible that Beacon Hill can get away with so many bad calls, with defending the undefendable, with just mountains of sheer incompetence, nepotism and corruption, with appointing people to the bench that do anything but set legal precendents that send us backwards instead of forward. When is this State going to find true leaders that actually want to uphold justice and promote common decency, not to mentioned protect the lives and liberties of its citizens?

I couldn't read the story beyond the first couple of paragraphs. Anger and vomit were welling up in me, I had to quit.

I fully agree, people will start becoming their own "judges" when egregious acts of liberalism allow illegal immigrants to drive drunk and kill people unpunished.

If it were a member of my family that was killed, and this was the result of the legal system, I know what I'd do.
