Thats funny I have 8Yrs on the job, 1 p/t academy 2 f/t academies a degree and they won't even spit at me but they are gonna hire some ass crack with no experience cause of who is daddy is. What a nice state we live in.

P.S. You must be trained. They WILL NOT send you to the MPOC academy. BSC will sent you though. Everyone that went moved on so they do not want to spend the money. They will hire you if you have MPOC, and blow, i mean know the mayor. Yeah, being a Brocktonian helps too. good luck to all, great place to work.

Received a call today have interview on Wednesday. Let me make it clear no I'm not a hack and have no conections with any State Reps so lets see what happens. For all those that care they have 4 positions open. So good luck to all and if anyone has any experience or any ideas about the department drop me a note. Thank You

Jay-you'll like it there. I've worked several details up there and have been treated well-from my experiences they are pretty squared away. Good equipment-except for cruisers, new ones coming soon, plenty of variety as far as L/E duties. Plus the joy of being trained and mentored by my best bud and HUNK- MPD61. :wink:
