Is your Communications Center prepared to recognize and respond to a workplace violence incident? How about home invasion robberies, drive-by shootings, domestic violence events or business robberies? Workplace violence was the #2 cause of death. Domestic violence and schoolyard shootings are on the rise. We must be prepared for these calls as they occur in our community. What training have your dispatchers and calltakers received?
