I need to speak to someone about an issue I have encountered with the IMC software. If there are any system administrators out there, please contact me. Specifically, I am looking to have a few questions answered concerning the use of WA's.

Call IMC, that is why your department pays thousands of dollars a year for maintenance and support.

I would call IMC but I was looking for an opinion from someone who uses the software as opposed to some egghead who sells it. Three members have responded. When I have something firm to work with, then I'll call.
