Leroy Rogers managed to make a bad problem worse early Sunday, police allege.
Already wanted for a home invasion and attempted murder, Rogers added more charges to his list and ended up getting shot with a stun gun after he led police on a foot chase through the Corky Row neighborhood, police said.
