Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR)
BAR was made famous by Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrows known as Bonnie and Clyde. They were the worst of the worst. John Dillinger once said to reporters "they give bank robbers a bad name". They also wrote a personal letter thanking Henry Ford for making such a reliable car (Model T). One day in may 1934 they were driving their Model T down a Louisiana dirt road when sheriff officers and a Texas Ranger (Frank Hamer) who of course were armed with their own BARs shot and killed Bonnie and Clyde hitting them with each 20 to 30 bullets and riddling their car with at least 120 bullet holes. Lesson learned you live by the gun you die by the gun, so shoot first.
