1. Do I have a spot reserved at the "head table" for the MCLEA meeting?
2. Who's surveilling for anti-MCLEA dissidents at the door?

The course was good. It was attended by what appeared to be a majority of private college cops. Atty Simoneau was very informative and dispelled many myths about SSPO vs. Municipal Special, deputy, etc. He talked at length about Trustee-appointed police under CH.73 s18 and CH.15A s22 at State/Community colleges and SSPO powers. (they are separate animals)He identified several recent case law decisions specifically focused on campus police. He spoke about the RMV Ticket book issue.

By virtue of his focus on Police labor law issues, and his intimate dealings within many levels of Law Enforcement, Brian was able to answer many questions. The feedback was positive and I'm sure many people came away the better for it.

Many thanks to Lt. Pamela Curtis and the Framingham State P.D. for hosting this event.
