Fitchburg District Court
Arraignments:

Donavon Foster, 20, of 251 Daniel St., Fitchburg, charged with assault and battery, vandalizing property, threatening to commit a crime, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, held on $1,000 cash bail with an Oct. 21 court date.

Shawn F. Guertin, 22, of 28 Elmwood Ave., Fitchburg, charged with possession of a Class D drug, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 16 court date.

Michael J. Mallet, 26, of 6 Exchange St., apartment 3, Baldwinville, charged with possession of a Class B drug, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 16 court date.

Darrell S. Nelson, 20, of 33 Crescent Heights, Fitchburg, charged with aggravated assault and battery, vandalizing property, held on $500 cash bail with an Oct. 14 court date.

Leominster District Court
Arraignments:

Anthony Rivera, 26, of 51 Leighton St., #1, Fitchburg, charged with malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, released on personal recognizance bail with a Nov. 3 court date.

Craig A. Penniman, 24, of 146 Burrage Ave., Lunenburg, charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 8 court date.

Richard D. Harris, 24, of 35 Heritage Lane, #C4, Leominster, charged with possession of a Class D drug, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 23 court date.
Jorge I. Colon Jr., 32, of 20B Cheryl Drive, #5, Leominster, charged with assault and battery, held on $250 cash bail with an Oct. 9 court date.

Carlos R. Mora, 35, 76 Allen St., first floor, Leominster, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 23 court date.

Megan N. Cucchiara, 31, of 160 Summer St., Fitchburg, charged with disorderly conduct, released on personal recognizance bail with an Oct. 20 court date.

Dispositions:

Yesenia Santiago, 21, of 1348 Massachusetts Ave., Lunenburg, charged with assault and battery, charge will be dismissed upon payment of court costs.

Christine L. Morissette, 23, of 21H State St., Leominster, charged with assault and battery, which was dismissed. Also charged with resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, admitted to sufficient facts and placed on probation for one year.

why so many dismissals of charges lately... its rather discouraging.
why do our job right if the judge is gonna throw everything out?

Jeep you think it's bad in Fitchburg and Leominster courts, you should see the Orange court. Judge "Toss" Ross earned his name for a reason

Imagine putting in hard work, doing everything right by the book making your CJ Prof and Chief Proud. Then some ass clown judge throws it out and the criminal goes out and kills someone.
