Fennessy was held on a $250,000 bond for arraignmnet on Sept. 26 at the Bristol Superior Court. As a result, there will be ongoing investigations by the Plymouth Police Department, Terryville Fire Marshals Office, and the State Fire Marshals Office into past arsons in Plymouth with the possibility of more arrests to follow.
Since late last winter, Plymouth police said they've been dealing with a series of arsons in town involving trucks, campers, garages, and barns. They said it got to the point that town leaders even set up a task force to track the arsonist down.
