Woman's Two Children Perished In Blaze

BOSTON -- A Boston woman whose two children died in a fire allegedly set by her lover pleaded not guilty to forging a $1,000 check from her neighbor.

Anna Reisopoulos is accused of trying to use the forged check in August. Her lawyer said he expects the charge to be dismissed.

The police report identifies the victim as Johnna Quish, who lives in the same apartment building as the 34-year-old Reisopoulos.
The report says Quish told police she tried to help Reisopoulos after the fire. Fourteen-year-old Acia Johnson and 3-year-old Sophia Johnson died in the April blaze.

Nicole Chuminski has pleaded not guilty to charges including two counts of first-degree murder and arson. She is accused of setting the fire after she and Reisopoulos had an argument at a wedding they attended.
