The message board is going through a few changes, many features were added with some more still to come. Check out the new profile control panel and while you are there confirm your information, I had 60+ emails bounce the other day when I sent out my holiday greetings..
Instant Message
The new board also comes with an instant messaging system like AOL IM or Yahoo. It's called "Prillian" and launches automatically when you load this page. Check it out, it's a nice feature. We also have the ability to add other sites that use Prillian so you can have your contacts from two sites on one IM.
Points
Don't get stressed out on the points system, there was some discussion about it in the MassCops Admin section. It's just for fun, not sure what we are going to do with it.
File Attachments
You can now add a file attachment to your posts, just upload it from your computer, no need for it to be hosted anywhere. If you have a problem with the size restrictions let me know. I am not sure what it is even set at right now.
Sub Forums
Not sure if there is a need for it but we now have the ability to add "sub forums" For example under Civil Service we could have a forum dedicated just to the test etc... If anybody has a good use for this again just drop me a line. I will probably be messing around with it a little later on tonight.
I will keep you updated on any other major changes that I implament...um I mean stumble across the next few days. Take care and have a safe holiday.
