"Jaynes, 37, of Brockton, is currently serving a life sentence in Old Colony Correctional Facility in Bridgewater for the second-degree murder of Jeffrey Curley. He will be eligible for parole in nine years."

Does anyone else have an issue with the whole "life sentence but parole in 9 years" after murdering and raping a kid? Stop calling it life. Call it "until we let you out to reoffend."

This guy should have been executed period. Massachusetts sentencing is a joke, the families of victims get no justice and criminals get, second, third, fourth....countless chances to get back on the streets and continue their crime spree.
