Way off base with the airport security lawsuit. I say, sue the town of Milton for having asphalt so hard as to unnecessarily cause blunt force trauma to anyone who may be falling out of the sky. Fucking Milton should know better!

Charlotte, the airport and U.S. Airways should countersuite them for providing the dumbass DNA which brought on the harebrained scheme that resulted on this tragic event. The kid made a dumb and tragic mistake which resulted on the lost of his life. How does that warrant a law suit?
