I wrote a kid a summons last week for providing me with a false DOB, address and social security number. I am very familiar with the kid (dirtbag). Now the law states false name and address, but several other officers stated that they frequently do this for other information. I normally wouldn't have cared...just a verbal warning... but he turned out to have one in the system... anyone have any experience with this?
