Brian Cunha, a personal injury lawyer with an office and billboards in Fall River, pleaded guilty Friday to refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.
He lost his license for nine months, was assessed fines and costs of $935 and was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service and take a program for substance abuse counseling, according to Amy Kempe, spokeswoman for Attorney General Peter Kilmartin.
