The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

In jury of six session:
Frantz Philogene, 35, Bridgewater, operating motor vehicle with registration suspended, possession of a Class D drug, continued without finding for 18 months; uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed with defendant's consent.

Donald Midwood, 52, 831 Locust St., Swansea, assault and battery, dismissed, failure to prosecute.

Michael Raposa, 42, 1 Sheila Ave., Westport, OUI-liquor, leaving scene of property damage, not guilty; negligent operation of motor vehicle, one-year probation; speeding, marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Nathaniel A. Lewis, 22, 81 Tecumseh St., trespassing, bylaw violation, dismissed with defendant's consent.

Roger Pinsonnault, 37, 1170 Wilson Road Apt. 19, two counts of assault and battery, dismissed upon request of victim; operating motor vehicle with license suspended, 10 days in house of corrections, deemed served; speeding, responsible, filed.

Raymond M.
