FALL RIVER - The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Justin Ferreira, 18, 37 Academy Ave., Bristol, use of a motor vehicle without authority, dismissed with $100 court costs; speeding, not responsible.

Christina Carreiro, 34, 199 King Philip St., assault and battery on a public employee and disorderly conduct, continued a year without findings; disturbing the peace and resisting arrest, dismissed at request of commonwealth; three counts each of larceny and identity fraud, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

James M. Senra, 34, 788 Dwelly St., assault and battery and vandalizing property, dismissed.

Eric Cabral, 30, 140 Westhill Ave., Somerset, threatening to commit a crime, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Amanda Almeida, 23, 638 Pine St., assault and battery, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Jimmy Aguiar, 31, 1233 S. Main St., assault and battery, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Jose Velasquez, 21, 533 Broadway, assault and battery, 18 months in house of correction - 90 days to serve - rest suspended with two years probation; two counts of threatening to commit a crime, concurrent six-month terms - 90 days to serve - rest suspended with two years probation; trespassing, 30-day term, deemed served.

In Jury of Six session:

Tavares Bennett, 209 Franklin St., Apt. 5, driving with a suspended license first and subsequent offenses, driving with a revoked license, guilty on all, 90 days in the house of correction; refusing to identify self, guilty, filed to May 19, 2009; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for a state police officer and, all guilty and filed.

Antonnio Valente, 53, 30 Orange St., driving with a revoked license, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction; possession of a Class B controlled substance, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, concurrent; possession of a Class B controlled substance, dismissed; failure to stop for a police officer, guilty, filed to Aug. 30, 2010 with $250 court costs; failure to keep right, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to wear a seatbelt, license plate violation, all guilty and filed.
