FALL RIVER - The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Carla Vieira, 26, Westport, driving with suspended license, fined $125; reckless operation, one year probation; driving with suspended license, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, two counts each of larceny more than $250 and driving with suspended license, dismissed; marked lanes and breakdown lane violations, not responsible.

Joseph M. Novo, 31, 50 Bright St., assault and battery, dismissed at request of victim.

Karl Aguiar, 45, 146 Snell St., two counts of driving with suspended license, continued a year without findings; speeding and motor vehicle equipment violation, not responsible.

Malinda Costa, 27, 75 Barrows St., Somerset, assault and battery, dismissed.

Timothy J. Mathewson, 45, 20 Burke St., Somerset, assault and battery, dismissed.

Ryan Mooney, 19, 60 Anthony St., Berkley, assault and battery, dismissed, $100 court costs; vandalizing property, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Renee Parent, 33, 279 Gardner's Neck Road, Swansea, driving under influence of liquor, two years probation, 14-day inpatient alcohol program, assessed $350.

Blake Sabra, 46, 124 Old Colony Ave., Somerset, larceny of a motor vehicle, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Sergio Dasilva, 37, 66 Davis St., assault and battery, dismissed at request of victim.

Robert Demers, 43, 56 Davol Pond, Westport, assault and battery, one year probation.

Eric C. Dayter, 23, 398 Ferry St., violating abuse prevention order, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Allan Warner, 55, 84 Hortonville Road, Swansea, driving under influence of liquor - second offense, one year in house of correction - 60 days to serve - rest suspended with twoi years probation, 14-day inpatient alcohol program, two-year license loss, assessed $350; negligent operation, continued 30 days without a finding; seat belt and marked lanes violations, not responsible.

Sherry A. King, 37, 71 Shove St., Tiverton, driving with suspended license, dismissed, $100 court costs; operating unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible.

Christopher Conlon, 26, 44 Crawford St. Apt. 3, operating motor vehicle with registration suspended, dismissed by commonwealth; uninsured motor vehicle, fined.

Tanya L. Correia, 35, 220 Johnson St. Apt. 46F, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, dismissed upon payment of court costs.

Damen J. Gonzales, 25, Buzzards Bay, operating motor vehicle with license suspended, fined, six months in house of corrections; leaving scene of property damage, dismissed with defendant's consent; negligent operation of motor vehicle, one-year probation; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Jason Farias, 27, 123 Brayton Ave., disturbing the peace, trespassing, guilty, fined.

Anne J. Dias, 48, 199 Flint St., carrying dangerous weapon, assault with dangerous weapon, dismissed by Commonwealth; assault and battery, one-year probation.

Randolph J. Souza, 56, 356 Dillon Lane, Swansea, OUI-liquor, leaving scene of property damage, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of motor vehicle, one-year probation; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Johnny Tavares, 27, 51 Tecumseh St. Apt. 2, assault and battery with dangerous weapon, four counts of assault with dangerous weapon, 18 months in house of corrections, 103 days credit.

In jury of six session:

Carla Vieira, 26, Westport, breaking and entering building in nighttime for a felony and vandalizing property, dismissed at request of victim.

Anthony Bailey, 22, Mattapan, larceny of a motor vehicle, dismissed.

Christopher Boyd, 40, 173 Jones St., assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed at request of victim.

Mauricia V. Deandrade, 23, 1 Maple Gardens, reckless endangerment of a child, dismissed.

Joseph Dias, 37, 565 William St., assault and battery, continued a year without a finding, assessed $400; assault and battery, dismissed.

Angel Crespo, 28, 444 S. Main St., assault and battery, dismissed.

James Belisle, 40, 103 O'Grady St., larceny more than $250, dismissed, $500 restitution; possession of burglary instrument, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Michael C. King, 20, 48 Crapo St., New Bedford, receiving stolen property less than $250, number plate violation, operating uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, dismissed.

Scott Aguiar, 39, 354 Ames St., assault and battery, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Michael M. Padula, 44, 536 N. Underwood St., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of intimidating a witness, dismissed for failure to prosecute; two counts of assault and battery, dismissed.

Nancy Carvara, 30, Warren, R.I., driving under influence of liquor, negligent operation and failing to stop for police, not guilty; marked lanes violation, not responsible.
