Fall River -
The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Flavio A. Supo, 20, 97 Sunset Hill, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both continued without a guilty finding for six months; disturbing the peace, dismissed.

Douglas B. Reeves, 19, 14 S. Main St., operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 court costs.

Kelly E. Turner, 36, 29 Carey Circle, Stoughton, two counts assault and battery on a public employee and disorderly conduct, all continued without a guilty finding for one year.

Johnny Tavares, 27, 51 Tecumseh St., two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license/ subsequent offense, three years probation; improper operation of motor vehicle, not responsible; refusing to identify self, dismissed; shoplifting over $100 and shoplifting, three years probation.

Tina Yeng, 17, 2294 Harbin Terrace Drive, Morrow, Ga., shoplifting, dismissed, $100 court costs.

Jury of Six

Eric T. Rego, 48, 1148 American Legion Highway, Westport, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and reckless operation of motor vehicle, six months in house of correction with 45 day credit; resisting arrest, dismissed.

Kimberly Soto, 37, 159 Cherry St., sexual conduct for a fee, dismissed.

Ana Serpa, 24, 285 Fourth St., malicious destruction of property, continued without a guilty finding for two years; operating under the influence of liquor, continued without a guilty finding for one year, 45 days loss of license; reckless operation of motor vehicle, continued without a guilty finding for one year; leaving the scene of property damage, filed without change of plea.

Joseph S. Rocha, 22, 32 Emery St., assault and battery, dismissed.

Joanne Perry, 49, 702 Pleasant St., larceny from a building, dismissed.

Kenneth J. Medeiros, 38, 10 Galleon St., Dartmouth, six counts of violating a restraining order, and stalking in violation of a retraining order, all dismissed.

George Lacroix, 51, 130 High St., assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, both dismissed.
