Fall River -
FALL RIVER - The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

William L. Shirosky, 28, 97 Grant St., driving under influence of liquor and negligent operation, continued a year without findings, alcohol program, 45-day license loss, assessed $600; driving with suspended license, continued six months without a finding; number plate violation, not responsible.

Darrell E. Kavanaugh Jr., 20, Brockton, assault and battery, to be dismissed, 16 hours of community service.

Gloria A. Ellison, 26, Dorchester, driving with suspended license, continued six months without a finding; number plate violation, responsible, filed.

Bethany Vanasse, 22, 1077 Globe St., two counts of larceny more than $250 by false pretense, continued a year without findings, $809 restitution.

In jury of six session:

Ismael Torres, 41, 22 Danforth St., driving under influence of liquor - second offense, six months in house of correction, suspended with two years probation, 14-day inpatient alcohol program; reckless operation, dismissed; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, not responsible.

Robert A. Jones, 46, 102 S. Main St., possession of a Class D drug to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws, two years probation; drug violation near school/park, dismissed.

Kenneth Swainamer, 26, 1880 Meridian St., larceny less than $250, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Zoraida Valles, 46, 969 Robeson St., assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, dismissed.

Gary Babcock, 56, 19 Josephine Court, driving under influence of drugs, dismissed; negligent operation, continued a year without a finding, assessed $300.

Bethany M. Medeiros, 32, 857 Main Road, Tiverton, six counts of improper use of credit card less than $250, continued a year without findings.

James W. Myrick Sr., 42, 168 Eagle St., assault and battery, not guilty.

Maria Ramalho, 50, 1292 S. Main St., leaving scene of accident after causing property damage, six months probation, 24 hours of community service.
