The following dispositions were recorded in the District Court jury of six session:

Jeffrey C. Riley, 35, 875 State Road, Westport, assault and battery, not guilty.

Christopher Yost, 26, 83 Ash St., driving under influence of liquor and negligent operation, continued a year without findings, alcohol program, 45-day license loss, assessed $600.

Michael Boulanger, 52, 2000 Bay St., threatening to commit a crime, dismissed for failure to prosecute, commonwealth witness not present.

Adam Miller, 22, 155 Shand Court Circle, Somerset, leaving scene of accident after causing property damage, continued nine months without a finding; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Douglas Larrivee, 43, 69 Jaffrey St., Swansea, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed, witness failed to appear.

Brooke Hennessey, 27, 1879 N. Main St., assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed for failure to prosecute, commonwealth witness not present.

Angela Granata, 24, 21 Burke St., Somerset, larceny less than $250, four counts each of forgery of check, uttering false check and larceny more than $250 by check, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Daniel F. Costello, 50, 134 Franklin St., assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and vandalizing property, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Ernie Windham, 26, 248 Jefferson St., breaking and entering in nighttime for a felony, vandalizing property, two counts each of assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, two years in house of correction - one year to serve, rest suspended with two years probation.

Alwayne Benjamin, 34, 45 Whipple St., uttering false check and larceny more than $250, six months in house of correction; forgery of check, dismissed.

Robert Witt, 34, 629 Globe St., driving under influence of drugs, 2 1/2 years in house of correction, suspended with two years probation, assessed $350; driving with suspended license, one-year term, suspended with two years probation; negligent operation, two years probation, assessed $250. Veasna San, 23, 300 Amity St., reckless driving, leaving scene of accident after causing property damage and resisting arrest, 364 days in house of correction - eight months to serve, rest suspended with four months probation; driving with suspended license, 10-day term, deemed served; distributing a Class D drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws, operating uninsured motor vehicle, failing to stop for police and number plate violation, dismissed; disorderly conduct, guilty, filed.

Jean E. Waguespack, 45, 264 Barnaby St., assault, assault and battery, malicious destruction to property less than $250, making annoying phone calls, criminal harassment, negligent driving and six counts of violating abuse prevention order, 2 1/2 years in house of correction - 15 months to serve, rest suspended with two years probation; criminal harassment and threatening to commit a crime, dismissed; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Michael S. Latour, 37, 262 Wilbur St., assault and resisting arrest, six months in house of correction; indecent assault and battery on person age 14 or older, dismissed, commonwealth witness not present; intimidating a witness, dismissed.

Angie M. Jennings, 31, 857 Pine St., malicious destruction of property, driving with suspended registration and two counts of driving with suspended license, continued a year without findings, $350 restitution; motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, fined $125; failing to stop/yield, not responsible.

Steven Desrosiers, 36, Regan Road, Somerset, carrying firearm without a license and driving after license revoked, not guilty; number plate violation, not responsible.

David Gonsalves, 49, 1255 Read St., Somerset, violating abuse prevention order, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Gregory P. Southworth, 25, 16 Lafayette Drive, forgery of a document and larceny from a building, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Jose Bonilla, 34, 210 Mulberry St., two counts of assault and battery, one year in house of correction - 60 days to serve, deemed served, rest suspended with one year probation; assault and battery and intimidating a witness, dismissed for failure to prosecute; assault and battery, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Kimberly Fernandes, 38, 28 Odd St., uttering false check and larceny more than $250, dismissed.

Edward R. Platts, 28, 1647 S. Main St., assault and battery, one year probation, assessed $400; intimidating a witness and disorderly conduct, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Venson T. Pickett, 45, Fitchburg, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, not guilty.

Robert W. Barboza Jr., 30, 270 Mulberry St., larceny of a drug, dismissed at request of commonwealth; larceny from a building, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Thomas Depriest, 32, 1930 Main Road, Westport, violating abuse prevention order, intimidating a witness, threatening to commit a crime and two counts of assault and battery, not prosecuted after indicted by a grand jury, cases in Superior Court.

Shelly R. Duarte, 25, 194 Buffinton St., assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a Class E drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws, driving without a license, reckless operation and failing to stop for police, not prosecuted after indicted by a grand jury, cases in Superior Court.

Christopher Polselli, 39, 140 Varley St., negligent driving, continued a year without a finding, assessed $300.

James J. Davis, 54, 1197 Robeson St., assault and battery, three days in house of correction; vandalizing property and threatening to commit a crime, not guilty.
