Fall River -
The following dispositions were recorded in district court:

Anthony Massey, 24, 3 Palmer St., felony assault and battery in the night time and larceny of a building, both dismissed.

Christopher Lee, 19, 381 Snell St., larceny greater than $250, guilty, two years in the house of correction with 44 days to serve and the balance suspended until May 12, 2010, $1,000 in restitution and court fees; breaking and entering in the nighttime, guilty, two years in the house of correction with 44 days to serve and balance suspended, concurrently with other charges; larceny of a credit card, guilty, one year in the house of correction suspended for one year; breaking and entering in the nighttime, guilty, probation to May 12, 2009, with orders to remain away from the victim and away from North Park; unarmed burglary, a felony, 2½ years in the house of correction with one year to serve and the balance suspended for two years and orders to stay away from the victim and actively seek employment; armed robbery, not prosecuted; receiving a stolen credit card, larceny of a building and larceny less than $250, all dismissed.

Julie DaSilva, 26, Taunton, leaving the scene of property damage, continued without finding for six months; operating motor vehicle with license suspended, dismissed by commonwealth; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Alberto Raposo, 49, Dartmouth, operating motor vehicle with license suspended, continued without finding for six months; speeding in violation of special regulation, filed with defendant's consent.

Aureliano F. Medeiros, 56, 29 Berkley St., assault with dangerous weapon, assault, dismissed at request of victim.

Michael J. Carcieri, 25, East Providence, disorderly conduct, larceny less than $250, breaking and entering for misdemeanor, continued without finding for one year; disturbing the peace, dismissed with defendant's consent.

Francisco Alvarez Jr., 17, New Bedford, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, guilty, filed; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal identification, receiving stolen property, use of motor vehicle without authority, continued without finding for one year; unregistered motor vehicle, responsible, filed; motor vehicle lights violation, not responsible.

Robert J. Carreira, 41, 1119 New Boston Road, assault and battery with dangerous weapon, vandalizing property, dismissed, failure to prosecute.

Kenneth Woollam, 33, 26 Swift Ave., Swansea, assault and battery, dismissed with defendant's consent; intimidating witness, guilty, seven days in house of correction, deemed served.

Lawrence McClain, 28, 89 Cherry St., assault and battery with dangerous weapon, dismissed upon payment of attorney fees.

In jury of six session:

Steven Prout, 26, 174 Ridge St., assault and battery on a police officer, guilty, seven months in the house of correction with 133 days served; resisting arrest and being a disorderly person, both filed for one year; two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and larceny greater than $250, all dismissed; unarmed robbery, not prosecuted.

Erik Teasdale, 29, 125 Arnold St., possession of a Class D drug, marijuana, with intent to distribute, guilty, 18 months in the house of correction, suspended to Feb. 25, 2010, with forfeiture of $7,830; drug violation near a school or park and conspiracy to violate drug laws, both dismissed.

Lisa Medeiros, 32, 125 Arnold St., conspiracy to violate drug laws, dismissed.

Crystal M. Williams 26, 16 Friends St., Freetown, trespassing, dismissed with $100 court fees.

Douglas Leeman Jr., 40 Pearse Road, 50, Swansea, assault and battery, dismissed.

Keith Cummings, 43, 120 Pine St., assault and battery, intimidating a witness and larceny greater than $250, all dismissed.

Sandy Rodriguez, 26, 76 Commonwealth Ave., Springfield, assault and battery, dismissed.

Jenna L. Arruda, 17, 1638 Stafford Road, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, continued without finding for six months; window obstructed/non-transparent, not responsible; operating motor vehicle with license suspended, dismissed with defendant's consent.

Jason M. Perry, 29, New Bedford, marked lanes violation, OUI-liquor, second offense, motor vehicle lights violation, dismissed at request of victim.
