The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Tiffany Shannon, 22, 189 Featherbed Lane, Rochester, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed; breakdown lane violation, no probable cause, and failure to wear a seat belt, held not responsible.

Wayne Hebert, 18, 248 State Road, Westport, disorderly conduct, dismissed with payment of court fees.

Jury of Six

Matthew Gutter Jr., 21, 481 Ridge St., assault and battery, intimidate witness, dismissed.

Derick A. St. Ours, 36, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, dismissed.

Doris Reed, 29, 75 Reuben St., aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Richard Cabral, 28, 355 Bedford St., possession to distribute Class B drugs, possession to distribute Class D drugs, possession of Class E drugs, conspiracy to violate drug laws, dismissed.

Joanne S. Benner, 42, 44 Stockbridge St., assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Yhonna M. Barnes, 52, 270 Fifth St., possession of Class B drug, dismissed.

Jesse Travassos, 30, 70 Savoie St., larceny over $250, threat to commit crime, not guilty; credit card fraud over $250, receive stolen credit card, dismissed; two counts possession of Class B drug, one year probation; arrestee furnish false name/SSN, guilty.

Kyle Bellavance, 30, 1203 American Legion Hghy., Westport, receiving stolen property over $250, two counts possession of a burglarious instrument, breaking and entering in the day, larceny, receiving stolen property under $250, two counts malicious destruction of property over $250, all two and a half years House of Correction, committed for six months, balance suspended, and two years probation; breaking and entering in the day/person in fear, $1,000 restitution and two and a half years House of Correction, committed for six months, balance suspended and two years probation.

Sonja Burke, 36, 478 Fourth St., possession of chemical mace without FID card, dismissed.

Andrew Lopes, 20, 89 McDonald St., threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, all dismissed; resisting arrest, six months House of Correction suspended, one year probation; interfering with a police officer, filed.

Vanessa Barton, 30, 136 Fifth St., possession of Class A substance with intent to distribute, guilty, 18 months House of Correction, possession of Class A substance, guilty, one year concurrently in House of Correction, possession of a Class B substance, guilty, one year concurrently in House of Correction, drug violation near a school or park, dismissed.

Adam J. Connors, 18, 103 Grady St., second floor, indecent assault and battery, dismissed.

Joseph Fragata, 40, 45 Hood St., lewd, open and gross, dismissed.

Johanna Smoot, 42, 12 Milton St., Dartmouth, assault and intimidating a witness, both dismissed.

Johnnie Williams, 37, 11 Reeves St., Worcester, possession of a Class B substance, guilty, two years in House of Correction, eight months to serve and balance suspended to July 29, 2010; driving on a suspended license, guilty and filed; possession of an open alcohol container, guilty and filed, and driving with a suspended registration, dismissed.
