Fall River -
The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Mark A. Vallee, 42, 5 Jeffries St., Westport, driving under influence of liquor - second offense and negligent operation, two years probation, 14-day inpatient alcohol program, assessed $350; driving without a license and speeding, not guilty.

Telly T. Wicker, 32, 225 Danforth St., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property and two counts of assault and battery, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Robin M. Silvia, 34, 10 Glenwood Ave., Westport, larceny less than $250 by check, continued a year without a finding, $30 restitution; larceny less than $250 from a person age 60 or older/disabled, larceny less than $250, five counts of forgery of a check, four counts of forgery, six counts of larceny less than $250 by check, two counts each of identity fraud and larceny more than $250 by check, dismissed.

Carlton Albert, 19, Dorchester, vandalizing property, disorderly conduct and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon, two years probation, $500 restitution; possession of Class D drug, trespassing and disorderly conduct, dismissed.

Michael J. Shadburn, 40, 259 Broadway, assault and battery, dismissed at request of victim.

Eddie Berrios, 21, 542 Fourth St., drug violation near a school, conspiracy and giving false name to a police officer, dismissed.

Robin M. Silvia, 34, 1 Maynard St., Westport, vandalizing property, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Kristopher Moss, 18, 152 Blackstone St., armed assault in a dwelling, dismissed at request of commonwealth; assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Paul M. Barboza Jr., 22, 1032 Pine St., vandalizing property, disorderly conduct and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon, two years probation, $500 restitution.

Eddie S. Berrios, 21, 542 Fourth St., assault with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest, 18 months in house of correction; arrestee furnishing false identity information, dismissed; seat belt violation and child aged 5-12 without seat belt, not responsible.

John W. Smith, 19, 1017 Pine St., vandalizing property, disorderly conduct and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon, two years probation, $500 restitution.
