Fall River -
The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Isaura M. Rodriguez, 48, 129 Clay St., larceny from a building, dismissed at request of commonwealth for insufficient evidence.

Carlos Rodriguez, 34, 129 Clay St., larceny from a building, dismissed at request of commonwealth for insufficient evidence.

Eric Dean, 18, 312 Mulberry St., stalking, dismissed for failure to prosecute.

Bobby James, 36, 201 E. Main St., vandalizing property and two counts of aggravated assault and battery, dismissed.

San Vesna, 23, last known address in Fall River, breaking and entering in nighttime for a felony and larceny less than $250, 89 days in house of correction, deemed served; possession of burglary instrument, dismissed.

Danielle Tavares, 21, 128 Feno Court, Somerset, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, continued a year without a finding.

Stephen Lemaire, 25, 448 Coggeshall St., assault and battery and resisting arrest, continued 18 months without findings; assault with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.

Jennifer Dupras, 26, 697 Second St., larceny less than $250 by false pretense, dismissed.

Victor Colon, 30, 137 John St., shoplifting, nol prossed.

Jeremy M. Amaral, 19, 86 Ash St., larceny less than $250 and trespassing, continued a year without findings; breaking and entering building in nighttime for a felony and possession of burglary instrument, dismissed.

Chayne C. Williamson, 29, 32 Hirst St., resisting arrest, nine months in house of correction, suspended with 18 months probation; driving without a license, fined $100.

Ryan Young, 22, 518 S. Main St., assault and battery, continued a year without a finding.

Kathleen Mitchell, 43, 260 Hope St., rape of a child with force, indecent assault and battery on person age 14 or older and reckless endangerment of a child, nol prossed after indicted and arraigned in Superior Court; trespassing, breaking and entering building in daytime for a felony and larceny from a building, dismissed.

Richard E. Charest, 57, 150 Maple St., assault and battery, dismissed.

John Correia, 41, 1219 Drift Road, Westport, assault and battery on person age 60 or older/disabled, 18 months probation.

Eric M. Medeiros, 25, 71 Trinity St., New Bedford, driving with suspended license, continued a year without a finding; unsafe operation of motor vehicle, responsible, filed.
