MASSACHUSETTS (AP) - One of the evacuees of Hurricane Katrina who has been staying at Camp Edwards has been asked to leave. The Office of Public Safety says 39-year-old Allen Gubser of New Orleans violated several rules on the Cape Cod base. Officials say Gubser was frequently drunk, got into arguments and threatened others with his dog. Gubser was asked to leave the base on Friday. He, a female companion and the dog were provided plane tickets to San Francisco by the Salvation Army. Gubser denies the claims and says he intends to file a lawsuit.
