Email spam question

Any of you computer wizards know what I can do about these emails. I get about 10 of these a day. Comcast and Outlook can't filter them because of changing name/subject line.
Maybe in a few years I'll appreciate the adds, but not yet thank God,

I traced them to India so I can't visit them. Any tricks I don't know about besides having different hotmail types of accounts etc? I hate to keep changing my email, not to mention they will return soon enough.
