If a quickie gets you jail time, I would guess it's a safe bet those taxis are far cleaner than ANY in this country since it's no doubt an extremely rare occurrance. Not sure how rare it is here.

I'm thinking more people puke than have sex in taxis...but seeing how alcohol is probably illegal as well, you are probably right.
