ROYALTON, Vt. (CBS) - A Connecticut man in a rush to take care of a speeding ticket now finds himself in even more trouble, according to authorities.

Vermont State Police say they pulled over 33-year-old Seth Tichenor, of West Hartford, after he was clocked driving 112 mph in a 65 mph-zone. Officials say Tichenor was also reportedly weaving in and out of traffic on I-89 north Wednesday afternoon.

Tichenor told officers he was on his way to traffic court to address a speeding ticket.

He was arrested and charged with excessive speed and negligent operation.

Drove through there a few months ago. Once you hit the VT border going north, I believe there's a single 60 mph sign, then no signs for 20 miles or more. Seems dummy felt he was on the autobahn.

Seems like allot of "massholes" are getting caught doing triple digits up north.
The bathrooms are spaced way too far apart. Haven't you ever suddenly realized just how bad you had to take a dump? I feel for this guy, I really do.
